“For girls at high school it is important to see the fantastic opportunities in tech roles/companies. It is not per se nerdy or not cool. There is a range of jobs and possibilities in tech companies, do not rule them out. While in high school they choose a study profile that can impact their future career. So it is important to show that tech is cool and has a huge potential for self development.”

What or who inspired you to pursue your chosen career?

“I am a beta liking technical stuff and business. Mathematics and economics were the main subjects I liked at school, and during the years my interest of data and digital was added to that. The reason I made certain choices in my career where mostly based on a click with the people I (will) work with, the company culture and the opportunity to do things that make impact. I really want to see things moving and changing fast and are quiet impatient. And it should be mostly fun for all the time and hours you spend into it. “
